This Privacy Policy explains how Agentsql ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product. We aim to handle data the way an analytics tool that touches your database should: minimally, transparently, read-only, and without ever training models on your content.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic account details so we can set up and communicate about your account.
• Database connection details. To answer your questions, you give Agentsql a read-only, least-privilege connection to your database. We store the connection configuration securely and use it only to run the queries you ask for.
• Query results we return. To return a chart, a table, and an answer, the product runs the SQL it writes against your database and returns the results to you. We do not copy your tables out or build a shadow warehouse of your data.
• Usage data. We collect standard logs and analytics about how the website and product are used, including IP address and device information, to operate and secure the service.
• Contact messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and follow up.

How we connect to your database

Agentsql connects with a read-only, least-privilege account that you create and scope. It can never write, update, or delete your data. You control the credentials, you choose which tables it may see, and you can revoke access at any time. Connections are encrypted in transit.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, write and run the SQL you ask for, return your charts and answers, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data, queries, or results to train AI models, ours or anyone else\'s.

We never train on your data

Your database contents, the queries Agentsql runs, and the results it returns are not used to train any model. They are used only to answer your questions and show you the SQL.

How we protect information

Data is encrypted in transit. Internal access is least-privilege and audited. We retain only what we need to run the service and respond to you, and you can request deletion of your account data.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with the subprocessors needed to run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), under contract. A current subprocessor list and a Data Processing Addendum are available on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise them.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Connection configurations are kept until you remove them or close your account. Contact records are kept as long as needed to support you.
