These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentsql website and product. By using Agentsql, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Agentsql is an AI data analyst that turns plain-English questions into SQL, runs the query read-only against a database you connect, and returns a chart, a table, and an answer. You may use it only with databases you are authorized to query, and you are responsible for using the service lawfully.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your database connections

You are responsible for the read-only, least-privilege credentials you give Agentsql and for scoping them to the data it should access. You confirm you have the right to connect each database and to query the data in it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agentsql to break the law, infringe others\' rights, query data you are not authorized to access, attempt to compromise the service or other customers, or circumvent its security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Agentsql writes SQL and shows it to you so you can verify it, but you are responsible for checking the query and confirming the result before relying on it for a decision. The service is a fast first-draft analyst, not a substitute for your own judgment on critical numbers.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing on our pricing page. Every plan is paid and there is no permanent free option. Fees are stated in USD. Specific commercial terms may be set out in an order form or agreement for higher tiers.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, with service levels for applicable plans. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Agentsql connects read-only, encrypts connections in transit, and never trains models on your data.

Intellectual property

Agentsql and its software, content, and trademarks are owned by us. Your data and the results of your queries remain yours. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
